How can I get her to go out with me?

So there is this girl I met a few months ago named Jacqueline and I kind of like her. She texts or calls me 6 days a week so i think she's into me. Also every time some guy bothers her she wants me to do something about it. if she is sick or hurt than she calls me. and one time she sent me a naked pic of herself. i never asked her to do that. The thing is though that I sort of have this reputation as being somewhat of a player. Other girls warn her about me. There is one other girl I mess around with named Leanne but I told Jacqueline I would give up Leanne for her as Leanne is just a party girl. Jacqueline is a sweet down to earth woman who I can see myself finally settling down with. But about a month ago Jacqueline told me she didnt wanna date anyone right now. Makes no sense bc this girl follows me around like a puppy. Maybe she is scared. I was thinking of asking her out to dinner tonite. Im ready for a relationship already. So how can I get Jacqueline to go out with me?
