It doesn't matter. If you like him and he seems to like it, who really cares what his friends think? They're probably just jealous that their friend has a girl crushing on him and they don't know if anybody likes them. Clearly he likes you back or he'd feel uncomfortable and ask them to shut up. So his friends don't really matter, you can ignore them and just get on with it. Eventually, I'm sure he'll ask you out. If not, maybe he's just a bit embarred or nervous and you should make the move. Be confident and don't worry with his friends.
