Don't make such a fuss about this international student. Different people have different cultures and you may want to check more into his culture. American women in general are considered fast, in other countries. This guy may be looking at you because he thinks that you are an easy target. Be careful because you don't know him well and since you don't speak his language you won't know what he thinks of you either. He may think that you are attractive but it does not necessarily means that he wants to date you or that his family will approve of you.
