Why cannot i clear my exams?

I am not able to clear my exams.Recently i appeared for my German language A1 exam.I got only 45/100 whereas the ping was 60 marks.Everyone else in my group cleared except me.Since the last 4 years i am fed up of my life because i am taking medicines for depression and schizophrenia.I did not even clear my 12th standard exams..Also during my German orals i could not perform well, everyone was staring at me because i could not recollect anything.I am fed up of my life.I cannot understand what to do.
