Im curious about my English Degree.?

First off save the spears, I know there are better degrees out there but mine is English. More specifically an English degree with a minor in Computer Information systems. What I wanted from you guys was some input on options for grad school and work. Ive looked at other posts and all over the web but alot of the stuff is convoluted or downright mean spirited. Im currently in the military but will be getting out soon. Ive got an electronics background, love computers and writing, but yea....somehow I have an English degree with this minor in CIS. Ive looked at a few programs but I just dont know what the best road to take would be to support my wife. Thanks for taking the time to look at my post, look forward to reading the responses.
