Has anyone read the Morganville vampire books by rachel caine?

Hi my mum has bought me a new set of vampire books for Easter because i enjoyed the twilight saga so much. The only thing is i cant see them until Easter and i just want to know if anyone has read them yet and if so what did they think of them?
