Where can I buy a DECORATIVE safety pin to pin my handrings to my scrubs during surgery?

Anybody know a good website? Laundry pins leave enormous holes in ther scrubs and the regular sewing ones are a bit too flimsy. And untrustworthy. I work in Radiology and prefer to put my rings back on when done in surgery. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
