Will the new Obama Health Care bill cover transual surgery needs?

Transuals right now have to pay for most everything to transition to their chosen gender. The new health care bill SEEMS like it's a boon to us few out there who would benefit immensely from this. But, are we included? Right now I have about $35K-$50K worth of surgical issues to cover, out of pocket. The DSM-IV states that Gender Identity Dysphoria can only be corrected by surgical means, yet the surgery is considered cosmetic by insurers. Any thoughts?
