Pregnant with no insurance, what can i do?

I am currently five months pregnant. I started my pregnancy on medicaid. On Feb 18 I got married to my husband. I turned in a review to DHS and they canceled my insurance, they said that we make to much money together. However, we can not afford health insurance anywhere else, and most places won't cover the rest of my pregnancy because it is a preexisting condition. I live in Iowa, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice of something that I can do. Thank you so much.
