Anyone interested in starting a clan on Halo Reach for fun?

I'm a 19 year old female [I'm not an annoying barbie doll] looking to start a clan on Halo Reach, for fun. I'm really nice and I highly dislike trashtalkers. I'd like people to be around the same age as me..a bit younger or a bit older is fine. I'm currently a Captain in the game. I'm pretty good at the game, I have my times where I'm amazing..and my times where I basically suck lol. I wouldn't want anyone to goof off, it'd be just for fun, but at the same time kinda serious.
