What else do I need to eat today to balance my diet?

I'm 15 years old and trying to lose some weight. This is what I've had so far (I know the tort was unhealthy) : 6 oz. yogurt, banana w/ peanut er, tiny slice of blueberry tort, banana, cup of coffee w/ soy milk, a few bites of cantaloupe, two plums, and a lot of water (more than 60 oz.) when I was at the gym. I haven't had dinner yet, but would grilled chicken tacos (homemade) be healthy?
