Ok, need to know if you get married by proxy how much would it cost if performed at the courthouse and I would be present but the one I marry would not be. I have seen 900 dollars as the cost but this would be officiated by a judge at the courthouse by single proxy. I am in U.S. and he is in Canada. Yes my state does allow for proxy marraige
