I had 11 days ago and i am 3 days late for my period am i pregnant?

i am usually on my period every 2 months, and i should have come on three days ago. i had 11 days ago, and he used a condom, but he only put it on half way through. i took a test, but it came back inconclusive. i have had bad cramps over the last few days, and i never usually have them, could i be pregnant?
