How come I pwn English speakers when it comes to languages?

Because English is an international language, most people can speak that language (whether in American or British accent). English is easy to learn and most people speak English so people think it is important to learn it at some point. I can speak English but it's hard for me to learn Norwegian because not many people talk in Norwegian and so if I had a friend who speaks Norwegian and lives in England, I think it would have been easier for me to learn it.
