Friendless, what to do? :(?

I've been with my boyfriend for almost 3 yrs and I consider myself a pretty cool chick, I'm pretty outgoing and always nice to ppl, the thing is that when they don't know me I seem snobby and/or stuck up, which I'm not, at all. It's really hard for me to make new friends and I've grown apart from the ones I have now, it almost seems like everybody has friends but me, I look at all their pictures and they all have a great time with different ppl and I don't really have any type of fun or don't do anything with anybody except my boyfriend and his friends. What to do to win my friends back and be able to make new friends? I know I have my boyfriend and he makes me very happy but sometimes I feel very lonely :(
