Are Lyle Rossiter and Michael Savage correct, is liberalism a mental disorder fueled by hate of opposing view?

I am a conservative but i believe Michael Savage is an extremist who i do not like. However i notice that libs get mad when they are wrong but so do some conservatives but only those who are only RINOs. They dont know what they stand for and in case you dont know what RINO is its Republican in name only.
